Texas Public Safety Training Academy

Texas Public Safety Training Academy functions as an Emergency Services Organization delivering local, state, and national disaster response through Rescue Task Force personnel.

The organization holds status as an Exempt Post-Secondary Institution structured as a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, while qualifying as a Governmental Body under Texas Government Code Chapter 552, Section 552.003(1)(A) and a "Governmental Unit" per Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code Chapter 101, Section 101.001.

The Board of Directors governs the organization.
